Overview

The physical Kolkhoz card game collects no data. This policy describes the Kolkhoz digital game and its online services. You may play the offline demo without creating an account. Account and network features require the information described below.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by the applicable app marketplace. Kolkhoz receives purchase status and transaction identifiers needed to unlock and restore access, but does not receive your full payment-card details.

Local data

The app stores game progress and preferences on your device, including saved games, language, appearance, accessibility options, and tutorial progress. Removing the app may remove locally stored data that has not been synchronized.

Account and online data

If you create an account, Kolkhoz stores the account identifiers and profile information needed to authenticate you, restore entitlements, support online games, and provide account features. Online play also processes game sessions, actions, results, and service logs needed to operate and secure matches.

Notifications

If you grant permission, the app may use a device notification token to deliver match and service notifications. You can disable notifications in system settings.

Service providers

Kolkhoz uses Supabase for account authentication and hosted data, and app marketplaces for purchase processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies while supplying services to Kolkhoz.

Analytics and tracking

Kolkhoz does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising trackers. Operational logs may be used to diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

Data choices and deletion

You may play offline without an account, decline notifications, or sign out at any time. To permanently delete your account and associated online data, use Delete account in Profile. If you cannot access the app, contact support. Account deletion permanently surrenders the account’s Full Game Unlock.

Children

Kolkhoz is not directed to children under the minimum age required to create an account in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child supplied personal information improperly, contact support.

This policy may change as the game or its services change. The date above identifies the current version.
