Privacy Policy

Overview
A Kolkhoz demo can be played offline without an account. If you create an account, purchase the full game, or use online features, Kolkhoz processes the information described below to provide those features. Kolkhoz does not sell personal information, serve advertising, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Purchases
Your device's storefront processes payment information. Kolkhoz does not receive your payment-card or bank-account details. Kolkhoz receives and stores the storefront, product and transaction identifiers, purchase status, and refund or revocation state needed to link the full-game unlock to your Kolkhoz account across platforms.
Local data
Kolkhoz may store game progress, preferences, and settings on your device so the app can resume games and remember options such as language, appearance, and text clarity. Offline game data stays on your device unless you choose an online feature that requires it to be sent to the Kolkhoz service.
Account and online data
When you create an account, Kolkhoz processes your email address, an account identifier, display name, selected in-app portrait, and authentication information. Online play also processes invitations, comrade relationships, game actions, game results, ratings, and progression needed to operate multiplayer games and social features.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Kolkhoz processes an app installation identifier and a push notification token so it can notify you about relevant online activity. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
Service providers
Kolkhoz uses Supabase for account authentication and hosted data, Apple App Store for purchase processing, and Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service to deliver notifications. These providers process data under their own security and privacy terms.
Analytics and tracking
Kolkhoz does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Server health is monitored to keep online features reliable; this operational monitoring is not used to build advertising profiles.
Data choices and deletion
You may play offline without an account, decline notifications, or sign out at any time. A signed-in player can delete their Kolkhoz account and associated personal data from the Account section of the in-app Profile screen. Deleting an account surrenders its full-game entitlement. A storefront transaction identifier and its former account identifier may be retained to prevent a surrendered purchase from being claimed by another account. Some records may also be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the integrity of completed multiplayer results.
Children
Kolkhoz is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated if the app's privacy practices change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
